Jane Trash is a Visual artist currently exploring the realm of puppet fabrication and film. Trash's work explores the decline of our cultural value systems.

Trash graduated from Alberta University of the Arts in 2004 with a BFA in Printmaking. Heavily involved with promoting Calgary’s all ages music scene, Trash was booking Tubby Dog shows from 2005-2017 and has printed merch for any and all bands, artists and establishments for two decades under the name Jiffy-T. Trash now co-owns the collaborative art based operation, Gap Tooth Sweatsuit, with photographer, Stephen Harper (Photomawf). Trash is currently the Educational Art Technician for Print Media & Chemical Darkrooms at AUArts and is on the Board of Directors for The New Gallery. Trash has been a member of Burnt Toast since 2015.
