Khalid Omokanye

Khalid has a BA, with minors in architecture, communication, and visual arts. He also holds a Master in architecture, and practices small scale residential and commercial design. He worked a 3 month stint as a sculptors assistant, at the Agency of Sculpture, under Benjamin Gilbert, at Yakadandah, Australia, where he was responsible for rationalizing large sculptural pieces, breaking them down into parts that could be sent off for manufacturing. Khalid is affiliated with the Ruberto Ostrberg gallery, and shows his works there on occassion.
